COMMUNICATION TO PREMIER. “NO DELAY WILL TAKE PLACE." (Per -United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, November 27. Regarding a communication forwarded to the Prime Minister by Mr R. A. Armstrong on behalf of the New Zealand Licensing Reform Association on the question of licensing legislation, Mr Coates has replied that he has taken a careful note of the representations on the subject and the association may rest assured that no undue delay will take plaec in giving consideration to the, question of licensing reform.
