THE VOLUMNIA
VESSEL STILL IDLE. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright). (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) SYDNEY, March 12. A meeting of the Returned Soldiers Wharf Labourers’ Union declared the steamer Volumnia “black,” but later another meeting was held at which the vessel was declared “white.” Meanwhile, the Volumnia is idle and no effort is being made to discharge her cargo.
