(Received January 26, 11.5 p.m.) The Lokal Anzeiger states that Poland is preparing for mobilisation owing to repeated concentrations of irregulars on the Russian frontier and continual attempts by the Soviet’s emissaries, well supplied with gold, to enter Poland.
