MONARCHISTS GAINING
POSITION IN GERMANY. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright). PARIS, January 24. (Received January 26, 1.30 a.m.), Le Journal regards the Prussian Cabinet crisis as a capital event, and says once again reaction has overwhelmed the Republic. The spirit of Potsdam has triumphed and threatens to take root throughout the country. The Nationalists are now going to be masters of the largest confederate State.
