"Hiere was a tragedy in the Swansea Police Court, when Elizabeth Scott, a widow, aged 58, sought to have her landlady bound over to keep the peace. The widow declared that she was not afraid of the landlady in a physical sense, but was afraid of pesterings, as she had tried to evict her from her rooms during the past seven years.
