FAMILY JARS
DUKE AND DUCHESS AT ODDS. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, September 10. Matrimonial differences between the Duke and Duchess of Westminster were revealed before the Vacation Court to-day, when a motion on behalf of the Duchess for an interlocutory injunction to restrain the Duke from ejecting the Duchess and her servants from Bourdon House, London, was dismissed. The Duchess, in June, filed a petition for divorce, which was served on the Duke in August. Since then counsel flaimed that the Duchess has not been allowed to live in Bourdon House.
