RUMOURS OF REVOLT
STRIKES AND MARTIAL LAW IN LENINGRAD. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) CHRISTIANIA, September 8. Rumours from Helsingfors state that a revolt occurred at Leningrad, as a sequel to a strike and the declaration of martial law. It is reported that Red soldiers refused to take action against the strikers.
