ANNIVERSARY OF WAR
GERMAN COMMEMORATION. (By Telegraph —Press Assn.—Copyright.) LONDON, July 10. The Berlin correspondent of the Times says that a meeting of delegates from the various Nationalist and Republican Associations, under the presidency of the Minister of the Interior, to discuss the celebration of the outbreak of war, decided that flags everywhere be half-masted and a pause in activities be observed for two minutes during the military memorial services to be held in memory of the fallen. It was decided that there be no processions. As the Nationalists and the Republicans are unable to agree not to molest one another, the carrying of flags and badges is to be prohibited.
