BRAZILIAN REVOLT
CONFLICTING REPORTS. POSITION APPARENTLY VERY SERIOUS. (By Telegraph—-Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Reuters Telegrams.) NEW YORK, July 11. (Received July 12, 1.5 a.m.) Advices from Rio de Janeiro state that dead and wounded are strewn everywhere, according to an uncensored message received there from Qao Paulo, where the position is increasingly grave. The entire city is reported to be in the hands of the rebels. Official Government bulletins represent the revolt as nearly over, while refugees, on the other hand, declare that the rebels are arranging details of the formation of a new Government. Another report states that the revolutionaries have deposed the State Government and are now marching on Parana, hoping to unite with the rebel forces there and then invade other States.
