MEXICAN PRESIDENT
VOTING TAKES PLACE. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) MEXICO CITY, July 7. (Received July 7, 11 p.m.) A vote is being taken to-day as to whether the new President will be Senor Flores or Senor Calles. Whoever wins, President Obregon will probably remain the real power behind the Throne. Armoured cars maintained order during the ballot.
