AMERICAN AVIATORS’ PROJECT. (By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) WASHINGTON, November 19. (Received November 20, 9.20 p.m.) It is announced that four army aviators, with the approval of the Government, will make a round the world flight beginning next March. The United States are now negotiating for the consent of the foreign Governments whose territories will be traversed. The aviators will fly from Washington to Alaska, along the Asiatic Coast, thence to Europe and on to the Arctic regions, thus returning to Washington.
