CONCLUDING SESSION. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) HOBART, November 17. The Advertising Conference at Launceston adopted a resolution to the effect that the association should co-operate with the Federal Government’s Bureau of Industry and Commerce, with the object of educating the people in regard to industries and their resources, possibilities, and developments. It was decided that the next convention should be held at Adelaide in August, 1924. The office-bearers elected were: General president, Mr R. M. Farran; vice-pre-sident, Mr H. Patton; general secretary, Mr S. Coleman (all Victorians) ; general treasurer, Mr B. Hurburgh (Hobart). Delegates to the world’s convention in London in 1924: Messrs C. H. Jones and H. R. Hillman (Victorians.)
