SOUTH AFRICAN PARTY' STRONGLY SUPPORTED. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) CAPETOWN, November 16. The opening results of the Provincial Council election campaign in the Cape Province which was held in record tempestuous weather shows staunch support for the South African party. This after the improved South African party’s position in the Transvaal elections indicates that the Government has more than maintained its position and this is being taken as an index for the next general Parliamentary election.
