GOVERNMENT AGAIN DEFEATED. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright). (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) SYDNEY, November 16. (Received November 16, 11.35 p.m.) In the Assembly, the Government was defeated for the third time this session by one vote on a formal motion on the Local Government Estimates. The Ministry is now unable to carry on unless the House reverses the vote. The Premier (Sir George Fuller), stated that he fully realised the serious nature of the position and would give the House a chance of affirming its vote on Tuesday until which date the House adjourned. The position arose through one Nationalist voting with the Opposition, a number of others being absent from the Chamber.
