ENGINE DERAILED

ACCIDENT ON OTAGO CENTRAL LINE. (Per United Press Association.) DUNEDIN, August 21. The forepart of the engine of the Otago Central train, Dunedin to Cromwell, today, was derailed at Flatstream, through striking a boulder, which had fallen on the line through a slip. No serious damage was done, but the service was interrupted and the train from Cromwell to Dunedin, was four hours’ late in arriving. The line is now clear.
