CHILD’S BODY FOUND
GRUESOME DISCOVERY IN SUGAR SACK. (Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, August 21. The body of a newly-born male child was found by a njilkman in a sugar sack on the bank of the Heathcote, near Colombo street, on Monday morning. The body appeared fully developed and not decomposed, but examination showed it was stillborn. An inquest is being held this afternoon.
