NEW SOUTH WALES MINERS. CONDITIONS FOR RESUMPTION. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) SYDNEY, April 28. It is unofficially stated that the coalowners have decided that the chief conditions which the miners must guarantee to observe prior to resumption of work are the stoppage of strikes, managers to have the right to select men required and to dismiss men without being questioned.
