THREE BOATS REACH PORT. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) CAPETOWN, April 27. Three boats of the wrecked liner Mossamedes reached Port Alexandre between Cape Frio and Port Mossamedes. Tao number of survivors is unknown. The liner carried ten boats. [When a liner reached the Mossamedes in response to the latter’s S.O.S. call, the ship was deserted.] ONLY ONE BOAT MISSING. CAPETOWN, April 28. (Received April 29, 5.5 p.m.) Only one of the Mosaamades boats, containing two British officers, is now missing. Of the 258 passengers and crew aboard, 227 have been saved. Seven are known to have been drowned through the tackle on a boat giving away while it was being launched. Twenty-four others are reported missing.
