HAVOC AMONGST GREEK REFUGEES. {By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) CONSTANTINOPLE, February 19. Out of 4,585 refugees, mostly’ Greeks, eight hundred died of diseases abroad the Egyptian tramp steamer Themis which has arrived from Novorossisk. The master of the ship was fined £5OO for carrying passengers in insufficient accommodation.
