The Daily Express’s Warsaw correspondent says that the peace of Memel was quickly followed by an outbreak in the neutral zone between Poland and Lithuania. When Polish troops began the occupation of the areas assigned to them by the League, the Lithuanians resisted. Four Poles and nine Lithuanians were wounded. Several jther frontier encounters are reported.
