COMPULSORY MILITARY SERVICE. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association). HELSINGFORS, October 5. The All Russia Executive Committee has ordered compulsory military service which will last for infantry one and a-half years, cavalry two years, air force three and a-half years, and for the navy four and a-half years.
