FEW COUNTRIES PARTICIPATING. (By Telegraph.—Pres Assn. —Copyright). (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) NEW YORK, October 2. Canada. Siberia, China, Japan, the French Pacific Colonies. Australia, New Zealand. Java and the Dutch East Indies have not accepted the invitations to attend the PanPacific Conference to be held at Honolulu, beginning on October 25. The Latin American countries have also not yet accepted, but it is believed that Peru will be represernec.
