(Received May 18, 8.55 p.m.) The Conference of Ambassadors requested Germany to abandon the construction of certain railways in Rhineland of strategic importance, and to modify or destroy the existing lines before the occupation ends. The conference decided to permit th® ex-Emprefis of Austria to reside in Spain.
