DYNAMITE AT CHICAGO
DEATH PENALTY TO BE DEMANDED. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association). NEW YORK, May 12. A Chicago message states that the prosecution will demand the death penalty on eight prominent Labour leaders indicted for murder as the result of the recent dynamiting. They are not charged with the actual commission of the crime but with inciting others to fight resulting in the killings.
