THE PRINCE OF WALES
ARRIVAL AT MANILA. INJURED PLAYING POLO. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.l (Australian and N.Z.. Cable Association.) MANILA, May 13. (Rceived May 15, 12.30 a.m.) The Prince of Wales has arrived. He was enthusiastically welcomed. He was unable to attend a dinner and reception at night as he met with a slight accident playing polo. He was struck by a ball which slightly bruised and cut his left cheek. He returned to the Renown, where he was able to dine as usual after the wound had been dressed. He will probably be able to fulfil to-morrow’s informal programme. The injury is not causing the slightest anxiety.
