21N APPEAL DISMISSED. (Per United Press Association., AUCKLAND, May 8. Mr Justice Herdman dismissed the appeal of the New Zealand Jockeys’ Association against the Magistrate’s judgment that a jockey who was a minor w« not liable to pay part of his winnings as fees to the Association.
