THE NEW CONTRACT. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, August 4 Details of the new contract between th® Government and the Colonial Sugar Company are not yet announced, but there is good reason for believing the price of sugar is going to be reduced by a® least a penny per pound when the new arrangements come into operation.
