NOT VOIDABLE BY BRITISH COURTS. SALE OF CONFISCATED PROPERTY. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cab(e Association.) LONDON, May 12. The Court of Appeal decided that as Britain recognised the Soviet Government as the de facto Government of Russia, it was not within the jurisdiction of the English Courts to interfere with decrees which confiscated goods in Russia. Hence a contract under which Krassih sold goods to Britain will not be disturbed.
