TROUBLE AT TOWNSVILLt MEAT STEAMERS NOT LOADING. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) BRISBANE, September 23. Owing to the demand for an extra four* pence an hour by hatch men and winchrae* at Townsville two steamers have ceased loading frozen meat and been ordered to return to Sydney. The companies havs threatened that no refrigerating vessel would visit Townsville unless the Government guarantees loading.
