The Court considered that neither he nor the club had .stored Liquor for members, but that the iat ter must be regarded a.- having stored the liquor for themselves, under right, which they jK»?ses>!>ed as members of the club, nor had the dub permitted liquor to be stored. Mr Justice Cowards, Mr Justice Chapman, Mr Ju-tice Sim, and Mr Justice Herrlman agreed with this view, and the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout; dissented.
