IMPORTATION OF LUXURIES PROHIBITED. SPIRITUOUS LIQUORS INCLUDED. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) MELBOURNE, August 10. Received August 11, 12.5 a.m. Mr Jensen, Minister of Customs, announced that the importation of the following luxuries has been prohibited:— Spirituous liquors, tabic spirits, biscuits, confectionery, eggs, fur apparel, perfumery, jewellery, and motor vehicle bodies. PROSECUTIONS AGAINST LABOURITES MELBOURNE, August 10. Received August 11, 12.5 a.m. Prosecutions are pending against the. President of the Trades Hall Council, and the mover and seconder of the recent antirecruiting motion.
