THAMES JUBILEE. (Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, August 8. The jubilee of the issue of the first miners’ right at Thames was celebrated today by a dedication service and a conversazione at the Town Hall, this afternoon, and a concert in the evening. TALISMAN RETURN. AUCFO.AND, August 8. The Talisman Consolidated crushed and treated 1560 tons of ore for a return of bullion valued at £12,648, as compared with 1430 tons, yielding £5634 last year. The total won to date is £2,713,522.
