DEVELOPMENT OF IMPERIAL RESOURCES. WIDE CHARTER GRANTED. (By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association). LONDON. May 16. Mr Bonar Law, in the House of Commons, denied that the Government had reached a decision regarding the White Paper dealing with a British trade bank. He states that it will be called the "British Trade Corporation.” Its general objects will be to assist in the development of British trade and industries, to procure orders for British manufacturers, and to foster new overseas undertakings and finance contracts in connection therewith. There will be seven directors with Mr Farrlngdon as chairman. The charter states that the corporation will be establish od for sixty years to at as agents for any governments or authorities, bankers, manufacturers, merchants and others, to carry on the business of contractors, merchants, etc., acquire railways, docks, factories, and other concerns, and develop resources in any part of the world, including Britain,
