MR HUGHES ISSUES A WRIT, MELBOURNE, March 7. Mr Hughes has Issued a Supreme Court writ against Senator;-Watson. WHEAT POOL PAYMENTS. MELBOURNE, March 7. The Treasurer said that £28,000,000 had been paid on account of the old wheat pool.
