AMENDING LEGISLATION PROMISED I (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON. July 21. j Die Hon. G. W. Russell, replying to a 1 deputation from Hie Wellington Hospital Board on the question of subsidies paid to hospital boards, said it was proposed next session to introduce legislation to amend the present system. One provision would be that hospital board | estimates must be submitted to his De- j parlment before being passed; also, he ' proposed to call a conference of repro- : senlatives of hospital hoards before , finally framing legislation. :
