BTATEAIENT BY DEFENCE AIINISTEU. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON. February 15. Referring to the creation of a New Zealand. Division at tho front by moans of the formation of a Third Brigade from accumulated infantry reinforcements. the Alinister for Defence stated to-night that the question of the reorganisation of the Artillery was still under consideration. Probably a few additional men would be wanted, and extra guns were being supplied by the Imperial authorities. He did not think that the dominion would require to make any substantial change in the rate of reinforcements for Artillery.
