CONSTANCE MOON’S FORGERY. (Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, February 1 (. At tlie Supreme Court Constance Moon, aged 22, appeared for sentence on a charge of forgery by altering a bank pass bool; while in the employ of the Tourist Department. Judge Stringer said that he could see nothing more calculated to induce this sort of thing than to have a father in charge of an office ■with his daughter chief assistant. However, he believed that this was a case of sudden temptation and accused was ordered to come up for sentence when tailed on and to pay £G os costs.
