CHINESE REVOLT
GOVERNMENT TROOPS DESERT. (By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright) TOKIO, February 13. It is reported that the Chinese rebels have captured Chung King, and that the Government troops have deserted to the enemy. (Chung King is an important city in the province of Szccheun, China).
