Bratiano (Premier) maintains neutrality with difficulty. SUDDEN GERMAN BLOW PREDICTED ALLIES MUST PROVIDE ASSISTANCE ROME, February 9. Received Feb. 10th, 8.5 p.m. The Corrlere d’ltalia believes that Germany is preparing a sudden blow against Roumania and it is therefore necessary for the Entente to counteract the German movement.
