Received July 20, 1.30 a.m. Constantinople advices state that the Breslau was torpedoed in the Black Sea and returned to tho Basphorous with a hole amidships below the waterline. The German submarine No. 51 is stranded off Tschokmedje. To date thirty-four vessels, totalling 130.000 tons, have been sunk in the Sea of Marmora and the Black Sea^
