CLOSING AT 6 P.M. MR McCOMBS’ AMENDMENT. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 23. • In connection with tho Shops ami Offices Amendment Bill, now before tihe House of Representatives, Mr McCombs has given notice of an amendment which, if carried, will have the effect of closing hotels at 6 p.m.
