BOMBS FOB THE CZAR
TWO ANARCHISTS ARRESTET. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright PARIS, July 7. Received July 7, 10.40 p.m. Kirichek, a Russian anarchist, and Trojanoviky, a Pole, carrying powerful bombs, were arrested at Beaumont Suroise, near Pontolse. It is believed that they plotted against President Poincaire to prevent his visit to the Czar. Kirichek states that the bombs were Intended for the Czar.
