TERRITORIALS AND VOTES

AX UNFORESEEN OCCURRENCE. (Per United Press Association). DUNEDIN, April 15. , The Hon. Jas. Allen was asked this morning if territorials in camp at tho time Of municipal elections would be able tq exercise their votes. The Minister replied that he had consulted with the officials in Wellington re tfio possibility of having polling booths' in the camps, but he was advised that there was no power to do this.
