AUSTRIA AND MONTENEGRO. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. CETTINGE, March 9. An Austrian battalion has crossed the frontier at Melalja and fired several volleys into the Montenegrin barracks, killing one soldier and wounding four. They/ then occupied Slenokos. The Austrians state that the Montenegrins tried to slot) the battalion on Bosnian territory. Montenegro has protested to Austria and the Powers.
