Received 20th, 1.10 a.m. The Orontes requiring a doctor at Colombo shipped an Indian medical graduate of high qualifications. The secretary of the Perth Labour Federation has written to the Hon Agar Wynne protesting, as the Orient mail contract prohibits the employment of coloured labour.
