A CHINAMAN KILLED

A b a result of tlie Inquest on Chung Voon, a Chinaman, found shot near Parramatta, Cecil George Bather has been committed for trial for shooting deceased. Accused stated that Foon chased him because he asked Foon If he had taken a bird trap. He fired four shots •with the idea of, stopping Foon, not intending to kill him.
