LIBELLING THK KING. (By Telegraph.—Press Association. —Copyright). NKW YORK. January 13. James, editor of the Liberator, Interviewed. said that lie was not an anarchist, but a Republican. He sent Myllus to the United States, as he was unable to obtain employment In England. Jt was absurd to convict Jlylius of criminal libel, as the King was above the law. They might have convicted him of treason or sedition. The newspapers Indicate that Secretary Nagel will re-open the whole case, practically amounting to a re-trial.
