Received April 6, 2.10 a.m. President Taft, replying to the rumours of the alleged establishment of a Japanese naval frase at Magdalan Bay, Mexico, declares that there is no truth in tiie rumours which were promoted simplv with a view to making unnecessary 'difficulties for the two friendly Powers.
