DB MACKAY’S PLANS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright.) LONDON, Jan. 25. Dr Mackay, interviewed, said that he Intended starling for Grahamland about August, and would be absent two years. A relief ship would meet the party at the great ice barrier or Hut Point, but if ice-bound the party will cross Ross's ice barrier for Shackletou's or Scott’s huts, and replenish their supplies.
