Received Nov. 21, 11 p.m. An influential home committee of th® universities of the Empire Congress has been formed and will meet during the first week in July, 1912. The universities overseas are invited to send early in 1911 suggestions regarding a provisional agenda, including university organisations and universities’ relations, firstly, to teachers and undergraduates, secondly, to post graduates and research work, thridly, to schools and other agencies of higher education. Leading British universities Invite members of the Congress to pay them visits.
